Itinerary

Day 1 :
Airport pickup & Transfer to Havelock Island

Meet and greet by our representative at the Veer Savarkar international airport on your arrival. From here we will take you to the Port Blair Harbour your Journey towards Havelock Island by Cruise Ship, On reaching Havelock again our representative will greet you and take you to the Hotel / Resort to help you out to complete Hotels check in formalities.

Overnight stay will be at respective hotels at Havelock Island.

Day 2 :
Havelock Island & Kalapather Beach

This morning after breakfast you will be free for leisure activity in Resorts Pvt. beach side will arrange “MEHANDI RASAM”Professionals will come and complete whole “MEHANDI RASAM for RESPECTED WOMENS”.

On the other side “CANDLE LIGHT DINNER WILL BE ARRANGE” for newly wedding couple.

Overnight stay will be at respective hotels at Havelock Island.

Day 3 :
Havelock Island Wedding day

This morning after breakfast will busy for arrangement of “WEDDING DESTINATION” at Havelock Island.

“MANDAP will decorated one day prior”

Will Arrange flower bed decoration for Newly Wedded Couple.

Overnight stay will be at respective hotels at Havelock Island.

Day 4 :
Departure

This morning after breakfast you will check out from your Hotel/ Resort. And will drop you to the Havelock harbor for return Journey towards Port Blair by Cruise Ship. Upon reaching Port Blair harbor Our representatives will receive you and bring you to the Port Blair Veer Savarkar International Airport for your return journey destination with everlasting sweet memories.

  • Air Fare/Train Fare.
  • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips, mineral water, soft & hard drinks
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Camera fees
  • Insurance.
  • Anything which is not include in the inclusion.
  • Adventures activities like scuba dive, sea walking boat ride jet ski ride etc.

MEHMAN’S REFUND POLICIES

Overview

  • Our refund policy can be applicable lasts 30 days ago only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
  • 50 % Amount can be deducted; if Tour will be cancel within 30 Days of travelling period.
  • 100 % Amount can be deducted; if tour will be cancel within 15 Days of travelling period.
  • Cancel after booking a sum of small processing fee will be deducted.

Booking Policy:

  • Half payment should be paid after confirming your package.
  • Rest amount have to pay before fifteen days of Arrival Date.
  • Guest should share documents (scanned copy of the ID proof / address proof) after confirmation of tour package 
  • All Tour programs are depending upon weather condition or subjected to be change. 
  • Extra tour Extra cost.
  • Tour timings have to be followed strictly.
  • Package cost from Port Blair to Port Blair.
  • Extra charges for camera, Joy Rides, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving etc.
  • Camera charges will be paid by Guest itself only. Collection of live or dead Corals is strictly prohibited.
  • Bookings are subjected to availability of boat tickets and hotels.
  • Mehman travels will be not responsible for any disaster incurred due to natural calamities, any Delay/Postponed / Cancellation of Flights and Ferry’s.
  • The vehicle which is allotted for tour will not be entertain/rather than apart of Itinerary. It will be as per contract & will change sector wise. Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the Tour.
  • Due to inconstant weather, Tour Itinerary might be change/cancelled/rescheduled.
  • All the sights mentioned in the itinerary will be covered. We request you to take care of your personal belongings throughout the tour.
  • Terminology of the total Sound system in the Cellular Jail is also fully dependent on weather conditions. Anyhow there will be no refund for any inconvenience conduct by natural calamity or by administration.
